Senior HR Business Partner

Summary

Join IntelliPro as a Senior HRBP and provide human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit. Leverage your knowledge of various HR functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations, to offer tactical support to line managers. Consult with business unit management on strategic planning and the development of HR strategies aligned with the unit's business needs. Act as a liaison to other HR functions as needed. This contract position is remote, offering a salary range of $60-$65 W2 (USD). A bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required. Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and required years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Workday (Basic)
