Summary

Join Simpplr as a Senior HR Business Partner in the UK and collaborate with global leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee UK people operations and global processes, including performance reviews, career development, and training. Partner with the business on key HR programs and initiatives, act as a change champion, and work closely with line managers globally to enhance management capabilities. Manage employee relations issues and partner with the global people team on projects. Focus on employee engagement, analyze data, and suggest improvements. Provide local UK support for Global People Operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ HR experience
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, training and development, employee experience, and coaching/counseling
  • Capability to translate business needs into HR solutions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly flexible, self-directed, and adapts well to change and accelerated timelines
  • Strong coaching, consultation, and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data, and learning new technology
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Experience working across time-zones with a diverse workforce
  • Thrive in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment; be fluid and flexible when a team pivots direction and help Leaders and Team members adjust accordingly

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business on key HR programs and initiatives such as, performance review and promotion cycles, enhancing people manager effectiveness, career development & progression, and employee experience
  • Act as a change champion in managing organisational change smoothly
  • Work closely with line managers globally, with large cohort in India, to enhance and support their management capabilities and goals
  • Manage and resolve various types of employee relations issues
  • Partner with the global people team to effectively design and implement global People projects across Business
  • Focus on employee engagement, and surveys, maintain data, analyse results and gaps and suggest improvements
  • Experience reviewing and approving payroll in the UK
  • Act as local UK support for Global People Operations function on ad hoc basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-growth, global environment
  • Experience working with team based in India
  • CIPD qualification
