Summary
Care Access is seeking an experienced Senior HRBP to lead HR initiatives, contribute to the development of HR strategies, collaborate with senior leadership, serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The role involves mentoring a team, driving performance management processes, and staying informed of changes in HR laws.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or similar role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies and projects that support the overall business strategy
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects that drive organizational change, improve processes, and enhance employee engagement
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing proactive, strategic HR guidance to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and practices
- Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing appropriate recommendations
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
- Coach and mentor managers on effective leadership practices and employee management
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
- Stay informed of changes in HR laws and regulations and advise management on necessary adjustments to policies and practices
- Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and provide insights to leadership
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
