Remote work options are available for those outside of Montevideo, Uruguay, or Bogotá, Colombia. The ideal candidate possesses 2–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, expertise in marketing platforms, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field
  • Proven experience working with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360, DV360, Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Meta Advanced Analytics, Google Ads Data Hub, Pinterest, Appsflyer, etc
  • Experience analyzing web analytics data from tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Understanding of statistical modeling and data visualization tools such as R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with large datasets and databases, including SQL, Hadoop, or AWS
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-focused insights for non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Track record of delivering value-driven insights from marketing data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with clients and teams
  • We’re looking for someone with 2–6 years of experience as a Marketing or Media Analyst (or similar role) with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance data using digital marketing knowledge and business acumen to uncover insights that drive business growth
  • Act as a strategic consulting partner for clients, providing subject matter expertise and actionable recommendations
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with client business goals
  • Build customized forecasting solutions for marketing performance metrics (impressions, clicks, budget consumption, etc.) and work with Data Scientists to deploy them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to design strategies that accelerate growth
  • Create deep-dive analyses, campaign dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across digital marketing channels such as search, display, social media, and email
  • Maintain marketing reports and manage stakeholder communications for marketing-related queries

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and A/B testing methodologies
  • Experience with predictive analytics for marketing performance
  • Knowledge of advanced marketing measurement frameworks
