Senior Insurance Product Analyst

Summary

Join Lemonade as a Senior Insurance Product Analyst (Pet) and contribute to building the most beloved pet insurance product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting, to ensure profitable growth and a customer-centric experience. You will lead product analysis, develop reports and dashboards, and monitor the impact of product changes. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, experience in P&C insurance, and proficiency in Excel and SQL. The position offers a competitive salary, equity, and benefits. Requirements

• 3+ years of P&C experience, preferably personal lines
• Experience in project and product management
• Collaborative spirit and top-notch communication skills
• Adept at working with and completing analysis on large data sets
• B.S. in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Insurance, or related field
• Analytical prowess, with a knack for identifying trends, communicating results, and taking action
• Strong technical skills in Excel and SQL, including building reports and dashboards
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis to support Product and Engineering on development efforts for new and existing products
• Collaborate with Insurance Product, Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting experts to develop policy coverage, pricing levels, competitor research, and eligibility criteria
• Develop core business reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators
• Conduct analyses that support product feature development or state-level strategies
• Monitor the impact of product changes and state launches
