Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and execution
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful campaign orchestration
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage data analytics and insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment, all while keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the Latin America and Iberia markets to drive brand awareness and generate quality upmarket demand
  • Manage content & asset creation ensuring it follows the highest standards of quality
  • Partner with external companies to develop strategic co-marketing efforts
  • Plan and execute virtual events that reach our target audience and generate qualified leads
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to orchestrate campaigns that align with sales strategies and drive engagement
  • Utilize data analysis to identify key market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to inform campaign planning and execution
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning and implementation and post-campaign reporting, ensuring alignment with objectives and targets
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to inform marketing strategy and tactics, while also experimenting with new playbooks and Artificial Intelligence tools that can reinvent the way we market

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of customer journeys in B2B, especially in the Brazilian market
  • Excellent writing abilities to build campaigns in Portuguese with local market nuance considerations in place
