Summary

Join Beautiful.ai as a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and own the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives, optimizing the customer journey from acquisition to retention. Reporting to the CMO, you will enhance new customer conversion, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Data Analytics) to deliver personalized experiences driving business growth. Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy, plan and execute campaigns, and analyze data to optimize performance. Partner with other teams to align initiatives and understand customer needs. Develop programs to increase customer loyalty and advocacy.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing within a SaaS subscription company
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing programs in a PLG funnel
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle stages, and subscription business models
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy, addressing each stage of the customer journey
  • Define customer segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver relevant messaging and content
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs aligned with business goals, regularly reporting on progress and insights
  • Lead the development of onboarding programs that effectively introduce new users to key product features and benefits, accelerating time-to-value and adoption
  • Implement automated workflows and trigger-based communications to scale personalized outreach
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to continually improve messaging, design, and delivery
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the lifecycle strategy
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to align lifecycle initiatives with product updates, feature launches, and user feedback
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs, pain points, and success stories
  • Develop programs to increase customer loyalty and advocacy, such as customer testimonials, and case studies
  • Proactively identify at-risk customers and implement strategies to mitigate churn
