Requirements
- 5+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based company
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Customer.io preferred), with a focus on email, push, SMS, and in-app automation, processes, measurement, and analytics
- Expert knowledge of writing, editing and troubleshooting HTML and CSS
- Advanced knowledge of list queries for audience segmentation and dynamic content/personalization creation
- Strong understanding of data connectivity and activation across digital channels to drive business performance, with the ability to analyze and communicate effectiveness and ROI
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of baseball/softball
- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams
- Thrive in a fast-evolving environment, embracing change and excelling within a start-up growth context
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) in Customer.io to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Architect audience segmentation & targeting to create highly personalized marketing communication programs throughout the customer lifecycle
- Partner with internal teams to create compelling copy, visuals, and calls-to-action that align with WIN Realityβs brand voice and adhere to channel best practices
- Continuously test messaging, design, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and effectiveness
- Lead channel performance reviews, isolating impactful observations to implement actionable improvements. Communicate results to key stakeholders
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align campaigns with campaign objectives and product releases
- Ensure all messaging complies with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and other relevant regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Liquid language
- SQL experience
- Passion for or experience in the sports tech industry
- Experience in a start-up-to-scale environment, with previous SaaS experience in both B2B and B2C contexts
