Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, with a proven track record of reducing funnel leakage through targeted campaigns
  • Expertise in email and SMS marketing platforms and automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and design
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys and segmentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Build and Execute Email and SMS Campaigns
  • Develop, implement, and optimize email and SMS strategies to address specific stages of the customer journey - from acquisition to reducing funnel leakage
  • Craft compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement and conversion
  • Analyze customer behaviors and funnel metrics to identify leakage points and develop tailored communication plans to re-engage users
  • Segment customers effectively to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time
  • Set up and manage on Salesforce automated workflows for onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns
  • Optimize triggers and timing to enhance customer experiences and maximize results
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, using data to inform and improve strategy
  • Report on key lifecycle KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and churn metrics
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, send times, and other variables
  • Establish a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve messaging and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS marketing
