Summary
Join Wealth.com as a Senior Manager of Brand & Communications, leading corporate marketing efforts to position the company as a leader in estate planning solutions. You will manage PR, develop content, and drive thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand presence and build relationships within the wealth management sector. This role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams, managing PR agencies, and creating impactful messaging across corporate communications. You will also track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and work cross-functionally with other teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing, public relations, or content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or wealth management/fintech industries
- A strong background in managing PR agencies, creating impactful content, and executing successful thought leadership programs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and convey complex information in a simple and engaging way
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple initiatives and deliver results within deadlines
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for managing communications and tracking marketing performance
Responsibilities
- Oversee and collaborate with our PR agency to manage media relations, press releases, and corporate announcements, ensuring consistent and positive media coverage for Wealth.com
- Lead thought leadership efforts, including executive positioning, speaking engagements, and content creation that reinforces Wealth.comβs authority in estate planning and wealth management
- Manage the content strategy and development of high-quality marketing assets such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars to fuel inbound marketing efforts and support lead generation
- Ensure all corporate communication channels consistently reflect the companyβs vision, values, and messaging
- Manage internal and external communications for high-impact results
- Work with sales leadership to ensure marketing materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers, and case studies) align with sales strategies and drive conversions throughout the sales cycle
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand reach, media coverage, lead generation, and sales pipeline contributions to evaluate the success of corporate marketing efforts
- Work cross-functionally with product, demand generation, and sales teams to create and distribute marketing collateral that resonates with target audiences and supports business objectives
