  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Experience with HR technologies and data analysis to drive performance and employee engagement

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute people strategies that align with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention
  • Manage day-to-day HR functions, including performance management, benefits, and compliance, ensuring operational excellence and scalability
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for all positions, partnering with leaders to identify and attract top talent. Support employee development and design career progression frameworks
  • Champion our company culture, fostering a positive, inclusive environment. Plan and execute initiatives that enhance team cohesion, productivity, and employee satisfaction
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making, track progress, and continuously improve HR strategies
  • Act as a trusted resource for all employees, resolving issues effectively and helping to maintain a collaborative, supportive work environment
