Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in relevant discipline - engineering, science, nursing, business
  • 4+ years of product management/marketing experience required OR masterโ€™s degree/MBA with 2+ years' experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, analytics, and oral/written communication skills (particularly PowerPoint)
  • Excellent collaborative skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Able to understand technical and scientific information
  • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Maintain product expertise including market sizes, customer needs and targeting, product performance, benefits/weaknesses, and positioning
  • Acquire and analyze voice of customer (VOC) feedback from key opinion leaders, current and potential customers to inform a deep understanding of unmet needs in the cardiovascular space and product development priorities and activities
  • Support advisory board planning & execution to facilitate customer focus groups and gather physician feedback
  • Work closely with technical, clinical and regulatory teams to structure and synthesize user input to inform recommendations and product strategy
  • Assess competitive activities, clinical trends and third-party market research to inform and evaluate market opportunities and provide sales force with appropriate positioning and tools
  • Support corporate strategic planning initiatives and ad-hoc strategic projects
  • Have primary responsibility for flawless global launch planning & execution in close collaboration with internal cross functional CVRx team members
  • Collaborate with marketing communications to create launch materials, product literature, and sales training & support collateral
  • Support the development & refinement commercial execution/management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment is highly desirable
  • Experience in heart failure, cardiac rhythm management or electrophysiology is a plus

  • Salary (or Hourly) range for U.S locations (USD): 115,000 TO 160,000 PER YEAR
  • In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Target Annual Bonus (TAB) which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation for meeting established bonus objectives as outlined during first 30 days of employment and prorated based on earned annual base salary
