Summary
Join Abnormal Security's Go to Market (GTM) Strategy & Analytics team as a Senior Manager. You will contribute directly to the company's overall strategy by developing solutions for complex business problems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, and presenting recommendations to management. You will lead problem-solving, support execution, and manage stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses significant experience in management consulting, private equity, or tech strategy, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements
- 3+ years relevant work experience post-MBA with at least 2 years in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, etc.), private equity or top-tier tech strategy or “bizops” functions (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.)
- MBA graduate from a top-tier B-school or similar academic credentials or “direct promote” in Consulting
- Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry is a must
- Experience in building relationships and leading through influence
- Experience managing projects and large-scale transformations
- Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfort with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences
- Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Frame and break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses, drive analysis and deliver recommendations
- Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather the right information, pressure test your hypothesis, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution and unlock value
- Develop and present high-quality recommendation and deliverables for executive consumption
- Drive change across the organization and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development, project management and execution) to do it what it takes to “move the needle”
- Provide coaching and mentoring to members of the Strategy team and analysts in the broader business

Knowledge of cybersecurity industry is a plus but not required
