Summary
Observe.AI is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their marketing technology stack, enhance data strategies, and develop insightful dashboards and reports. The role involves defining and optimizing the marketing funnel, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, supporting lead and pipeline target forecasting, overseeing and optimizing the marketing tech stack, improving lead management and data enrichment processes, managing the marketing budget and technology renewals, and evaluating and implementing new technologies. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of marketing operations experience with expertise in top-of-funnel strategies for conversion and pipeline growth, is knowledgeable in IT, sales, finance, marketing, and sales development integration, can communicate and drive strategic priorities across multiple functions, turns data into actionable business insights, is proficient with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and has excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance options, flexible time off, generous holidays and parental leave policies, a 401K plan, a learning & development fund for professional development, fun events to support company culture, and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that encourages diversity.
Requirements
- 6+ years of marketing operations experience
- Expertise in top-of-funnel strategies for conversion and pipeline growth
- Knowledgeable in IT, sales, finance, marketing, and sales development integration
- Ability to communicate and drive strategic priorities across multiple functions
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable business insights
- Skilled in translating business processes into clear documentation
- Proficient with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6Sense
Responsibilities
- Define and optimize the marketing funnel, delivering data visualizations and performance reports
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to improve performance
- Support the development and forecasting of lead and pipeline targets, setting marketing KPIs to align with revenue goals
- Oversee and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
- Improve lead management and data enrichment processes to ensure accurate and easily accessible information
- Manage the marketing budget and technology renewals, aligning with strategic objectives
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, manage vendor relationships, and drive process efficiencies
