Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you will spearhead the development and execution of a new alliance partnerships strategy across Europe. This strategic, quota-carrying role involves identifying, contracting, and managing key alliance partners to drive collaborative growth and maximize joint value creation. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop joint offerings and represent GoodHabitz at industry events. Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnership management, alliances, or business development
  • 5 - 10 + years experience in the HR and Consultancy industries
  • Experience carrying significant quotas, managing pipeline growth and opportunity management
  • Strong strategic thinking ability and the ability to create effective partnership models from scratch
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building relationships and influencing stakeholders to CXX level
  • Ability to track and analyze performance data to drive decisions
  • Experience in project management and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with SalesForce or another similar CRM system
  • You will be fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the rest of the team and the Director of Partnerships to develop the Alliances strategy across Europe
  • Identify, recruit, contract, and enable new Alliance partners in order to build a significant and sustainable revenue stream
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration through joint marketing campaigns, co-branded offerings, and sponsorships
  • Build world class sales enablement support
  • Foster long-term relationships with alliance partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment on shared goals
  • Monitor performance metrics and partner engagement, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies via a regular partner QBR programme
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering and product development to ensure successful execution of partner activation, enablement and ongoing success
  • Represent GoodHabitz at partner events and industry conferences, enhancing our visibility and positioning
