Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Health Sciences, Nursing, Psychology, Public Health). A Master’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in patient engagement, patient experience, or related role within healthcare or clinical research industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading patient-centric initiatives and improving patient satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive patient experience strategy
  • Monitor and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve the patient experience
  • Elevate how we communicate across the patient journey from first interaction to the collateral when they visit our site
  • Understand the β€œwhy” people participate in a study and incorporate that into communications
  • Review the end to end member experience from digital to in-person and collaborate with respective teams to improve it
