Summary

Join Wpromote's Performance Creative team as a Senior Performance Creative Manager and develop innovative, performance-driven integrated creative campaigns for high-priority clients. Collaborate with art directors and designers, and work alongside internal paid media teams to ensure creative alignment with channel testing needs and KPIs. Lead client relationships, produce monthly briefs, manage creative budgets, and conceptualize strategies for new business prospects. Analyze performance data to inform future campaigns and provide clients with actionable insights. Oversee creative production timelines and stay updated on emerging formats and channels. This role requires strong client communication, a sharp creative eye, and experience in media buying and performance-based creative campaign development. The position may be performed remotely in most US states, with office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years owning and managing client relationships to meet creative deliverables
  • Experience media buying or working with media buyers at a digital agency or brand to analyze performance data and determine which assets to scale, which to iterate additional versions upon, and which to stop investing in
  • Strong client-facing communication skills for in-person pitches and existing client cross-sells
  • Confidence to navigate difficult client situations with minimal support
  • Sharp creative eye and experience developing and producing creative campaigns built around performance
  • Demonstrated understanding of the marketing funnel and its application to paid media platforms
  • Ability to critically analyze media testing and scaling structures within FB Ads Manager and have comfortability analyzing data from other platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube to ensure optimal conditions for performance
  • An understanding of the elements that make up a winning ad for clients across a wide range of industries
  • An informed perspective of what makes good copy and how to use text overlay to speak to different audiences and achieve different campaign objectives
  • A track record of pitching and closing new business, cross-selling existing business and convincing existing clients of the benefits of ceding aspects of brand guidelines in favor of performance creative ad formats and messaging tactics

Responsibilities

  • Developing and owning innovative performance-centric integrated creative campaigns for higher priority clients (based on complexity & spend level), adapting their brand identity and guidelines into audience-specific messaging aligned with channel best practices
  • Leading client relationships and communicating in a way that builds client confidence and provides timely and thoughtful responses through clear and concise communication
  • Producing monthly briefs alongside an Art Director and generating client buy-in on concepts and strategy to develop static and video asset libraries media buyers can use for testing and generating stronger channel performance
  • Managing the client’s monthly creative budget to ensure their budget is being optimized towards assets that will drive performance for their business
  • Conceptualizing creative strategy for new business prospects and articulating the value of the service offering to sell in new clients
  • Analyzing performance data and using learnings to inform future campaign execution and provide clients with actionable takeaways
  • Creating testing roadmaps to ensure iterations are backed by data and logic
  • Overseeing creative production timelines to ensure we are meeting client deliverables
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of emerging formats, channels, and growth opportunities to ensure brand-response campaigns are compelling and cutting-edge
  • Strategizing and servicing creative needs from Paid Social to Programmatic, YouTube, Display and Amazon services
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our Performance Creative service through in-house automation solutions or third-party platforms
  • Leading internal trainings and cross-departmental initiatives with direction and sign-off from the supervisor
  • Mentoring junior Performance Creative Managers
