Requirements
7+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS and at least 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of differentiated messaging and positioning for Postscriptโs Core SMS Product and Platform, ensuring it resonates with different customer segments
- Collaborate with Product Marketing leadership to create a single narrative across all Postscript product lines
- Build and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansions, collaborating closely with Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
- Partner with our Director of Enablement on competitive intelligence efforts, staying ahead of market trends and competitors
- Ensure that the sales and marketing teams are equipped with the necessary insights to win against key competitors
- Work closely with Product Managers, GTM teams, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure alignment between product strategy and go-to-market execution
- Partner with and develop one direct report initially, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Focus on martech or ecommerce
- Proven track record of working in sales and customer success-led organizations, with a deep understanding of the customer and the ability to create enablement materials that drive results
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working with Product Managers, Enablement, Marketing, and Sales teams
- An expert project manager who has a track record of leading cross-functional projects
- Experience marketing products that involve data, integrations, and compliance requirements
- Time spent in ecommerce or marketing to ecommerce merchants
- Experience in customer-facing roles
Benefits
- Salary range of USD $163,000-$194,000 base plus significant equity (we do not have geo based salaries)
