Join Smartsheet's Learning & Content team as a Senior Program Manager to support the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will drive end-to-end enablement program management, lead process optimization, develop content governance frameworks, build a centralized resource repository, design reporting dashboards, conduct audits, evaluate program effectiveness, collaborate across GTM, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and champion a learner-first mindset. Requirements

  • Business-level English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across global teams and presenting to diverse audiences (CEFR level C1 or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of program management experience, including programs that impact people, processes, and technology
  • 3+ years of experience working within the Smartsheet platform, with strong proficiency in Sheets, Reports, Dashboards, and automation features
  • 2+ years applying adult learning principles in instructional design or enablement content development
  • 2+ years of experience with reporting and analytics, tying learning and enablement initiatives to business performance
  • Experience with content governance and lifecycle management, including version control, auditing, and archival practices
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for a variety of audiences, including executive leadership
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a knack for identifying root causes, mitigating risks, and driving strategic improvements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and committed to driving clarity and results

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end enablement program management: Own the lifecycle of enablement programs from planning through execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement
  • Lead process optimization initiatives: Identify, design, and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency across programs
  • Develop and manage content governance frameworks: Ensure content is current, consistent, accurate, and aligned with brand, compliance, and messaging standards
  • Build and maintain a centralized resource repository: Collaborate with the Release, Product, and Product Marketing teams to ensure the GTM organization has timely access to relevant product enablement content
  • Design and implement reporting and analytics dashboards: Track and visualize the impact of enablement programs through robust reporting that links learning outcomes to business metrics
  • Conduct audits and quality reviews: Establish a regular cadence for auditing content and programs, driving accountability and high standards
  • Evaluate program effectiveness: Use data, feedback, and business outcomes to assess program performance and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate across GTM and beyond: Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Excellence, Product Marketing, and Operations to align on priorities, manage change, and ensure successful outcomes
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning and governance meetings: Lead structured discussions that result in shared understanding, decisions, and accountability
  • Champion a learner-first mindset: Ensure enablement programs are designed with the end-user experience in mind and grounded in adult learning principles
  • Scale what works: Build reusable templates, playbooks, and best practices to help the team scale consistently as the business grows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tools such as Highspot, Skilljar, Seismic, or other enablement/content management platforms
  • Experience supporting GTM teams in SaaS or fast-paced tech environments
  • Exposure to change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter)
