Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in training delivery, with a focus on technical or SaaS environments
- Proven experience managing and developing a team of trainers
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing and packaging training programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training tools
- Experience enabling field teams with resources and knowledge to drive training adoption
- Ability to analyze training data and implement improvements based on insights
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of technical trainers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance trainer effectiveness and engagement
- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of training programs, including On-Demand, Instructor-Led, and blended learning formats
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation to meet training objectives
- Work closely with internal teams, including Tech Curriculum and Customer Success, to ensure training content aligns with product updates and customer needs
- Partner with the Tech Curriculum team to review and update training materials as required
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies for training programs, including pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies
- Enable field teams with the necessary resources, knowledge, and tools to communicate training value to customers and partners effectively
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics
- Implement improvements to training delivery processes based on data and insights
