Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of prior marketing experience in the biotech, healthcare or related industries is required
  • Product marketing experience in cancer precision diagnostics is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Bachelors or advanced degrees in biology-related fields is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and supporting resources that resonate with the target audience
  • Partner with other marketing functions to champion campaigns that will help move the needle with our audiences
  • Take sophisticated clinical products and simplify their benefits to effectively communicate their value through marketing collateral including brochures, handouts, trade show graphics, ad content, among other items
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive insights
  • Interact with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and other relevant external stakeholders to drive product adoption and product loyalty
  • Closely collaborate with the sales, medical, and customer service teams to ensure flawless messaging and execution of the product’s message. Be the ‘first line of defense’ for the sales team when it comes to product marketing
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in product marketing within the precision diagnostics industry and beyond. Stay ahead and bring innovations and best practices from non-healthcare sectors
