Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience working in a Marketing or Operations role
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS, campaign traffic coordination
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, stellar organizational skills, and the desire to drive quality results
- Comfort working in an ever-changing environment while autonomously managing your time to complete tasks and an openness to wearing numerous hats
- A curious mind that is eager to learn new things and share what youβve learned with others
- Strong listening and communication skills
- The ability to learn quickly and recommend/implement process improvements
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement
- Build and manage email workflows, drip campaigns, and triggered automations
- Conduct A/B testing for performance optimization
- Monitor key metrics and report on email campaigns
- Implement and manage lead management processes, ensuring data accuracy, list uploads, effective lead nurturing, and a clean marketing database
- Organize, maintain, and update a central repository for campaign assets, including email templates, graphics, landing pages, and performance reports
- Coordinate and help drive accountability to timelines and channel plans for all campaigns
- Engage cross-functionally across organizations to keep sales, product, customer support, and marketing aligned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is not required unless specified in the job description
