  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including copywriting, SEO, PPC, and analytics
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing projects from conception to completion
  • Maintain project and editorial schedules and track progress
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting notes, and other documentation as needed
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials
  • Support the development of marketing content, including writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches
  • Help coordinate logistics and design needs for events
  • Assist in supporting the Sui Foundation’s social media accounts
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining the editorial calendar
