Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in digital health marketing
  • Extensive track record of successfully supporting marketing and go-to-market strategies for complex product launches
  • Experience working closely with product teams to understand complex products and create resonating messaging
  • Deep understanding of various healthcare models within the value-based care space
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to develop detailed project and marketing plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals and teams of varying backgrounds
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent results autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must reside in the United States of America

Responsibilities

  • Manage traditional marketing responsibilities, including core messaging, brand building, and lead generation campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the product team and product owners to understand the value propositions of our offerings and align on product launch timelines
  • Lead initiatives to enhance and strengthen our brand presence across various channels, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights and data that inform our messaging, positioning, and overall marketing strategy
  • Develop a cohesive story and messaging framework that reflects our offerings and company mission
  • Equip sales teams with core messaging and presentations that adequately reflect our offerings
  • Develop and implement standardized language and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Responsible for working with contracted designers to create all sales presentations and collateral
  • Design, execute, and optimize outbound lead generation campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads
  • Oversee the continuous improvement and refreshing of our website to ensure it reflects our brand, is user-friendly, and effectively converts visitors into leads
  • Ensure a robust and healthy marketing funnel by continuously monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing lead generation activities
  • Responsible for preparation and coordination for all relevant conferences
