You will own the marketing strategy and roadmap, focusing on new business acquisition through various channels like SEO, influencer marketing, and paid advertising. Requirements

• 6 years of experience in Growth Marketing/Demand Generation/Content Marketing in an ambitious or fast-paced environment
• Experience in B2B SaaS (in a PLG or Self-Service environment is a plus)
• A self-starter mindset—a strong bias for action, a 'doer' mentality. You don't want detailed plans or permissions to pursue your goals; you act
• A track record of delivering outstanding results
• An exceptional adaptability, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit—you thrive in challenging situations and navigate chaos #growth mindset
• Hard worker and ready to roll up your sleeves
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Design or update website content (homepage, product pages, customer stories…) to boost conversions and position Taplio as an industry leader
• Develop valuable content to build trust with our audience and nurture existing leads effectively
• Scale our Influencer & sponsorship programs by identifying new influencers, securing attractive deals, and building long-term relationships
• Scale affiliate acquisition efforts and actively engage affiliates to drive customer growth
• Lead strategy, monitor performance, and optimize paid campaigns in collaboration with external experts (agencies or freelancers)
• Guide our SEO copywriter to enhance search visibility, focusing on high-impact blog posts and mini tools targeting high-volume keywords
• Effectively distribute new product releases to current users and prospects to drive both acquisition and retention
