Join Rotunda Software, a leader in volunteer management software, as we launch a new volunteer signup tool. Work closely with senior leadership to lead marketing efforts, leveraging our existing network of over one million volunteers. You will own adoption, retention, and growth for the new product, manage a marketing team, and oversee marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of senior marketing experience in the software industry, strong creative and analytical skills, and a passion for volunteering. - 4+ years of experience in senior marketing roles in the software industry

Responsibilities
- Own adoption, retention, and growth for the new Volunteer Scheduler Pro
- Own the structure, timing and content of all marketing campaigns
- Engage Rotunda's existing network of over 1M volunteers and 3K+ customers
- Devise behavior-based flows and communications to improve retention and conversion
- Manage and grow a team of two other marketing professionals
- Oversee creation of marketing collateral (e.g. websites, emails, blog posts, etc.)
- Ensure websites are optimized for search engines
- Collect and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion, and retention
- Work closely with product team to track, analyze, and influence user behavior
- Own social media channels and build a community passionate about volunteering
