Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing operations with experience optimizing campaign execution and automation
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Proven ability in lead lifecycle management, including lead scoring, routing, and attribution
  • Strong skills in data management to ensure database hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and reporting integrity
  • Understanding of global compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and best practices for email governance

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timelines are met and operations run smoothly
  • Improve efficiency and impact of campaigns by optimizing marketing automation workflows and processes
  • Strengthen data quality and establish robust reporting systems to enhance decision-making capabilities within the team
  • Foster effective collaboration between marketing, sales, and external vendors to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and executions
  • Address and resolve unexpected issues in real-time to ensure minimal disruption in campaign performance and operations
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to global governance standards and best practices
