Senior Media Buyer, Remote - Romania

Summary

Creatunity LLC is seeking an experienced Media Buyer to develop effective media buying strategies, work closely with the marketing team, manage budgets, conduct market research, and analyze performance data. Requirements

• Extensive experience on similar position
• Experience in managing Meta budgets starting from 1mln$ monthly
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in industry-standard software platforms such as Excel, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics
• A passion for marketing and staying up-to-date on industry trends

Responsibilities

• Managing budgets and monitoring campaigns costs and ROI metrics
• Scaling campaigns to maximum potential while maintaining target ROAS
• Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns
• Developing advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing team to most effectively reach the desired audience
• Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, psychographic, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements
• Reviewing and presenting performance data within the team
• Analyzing of competitor ads
• Support in conversion rate optimization
• Contribute ideas, lead by example and embrace the team culture
