Summary
The Senior Media Buyer role at Maneuver Marketing involves growing customer acquisition for new hero products in international English-speaking markets. The candidate will be responsible for strategic project management, research, analysis, media planning, team management, performance analysis, and reporting. They should have relevant experience, strong work ethics, analytical skills, direct response copywriting skills, media buying skills, project management skills, project coordination skills, and other important soft and hard skills.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience working with DTC brands as a media buyer
- Strong work ethics
- Strong analytical skills
- Some experience in direct response copywriting and persuasion principles
- Strong media buying skills: experience managing and scaling 5 to 6 figures in ad budget a day profitably
- Strong project management skills
- Strong project coordination skills
- Other important soft skills: resourcefulness, organization, independence, problem-solver
- Other important hard skills: interest in creative performance and testing, persuasion, and general marketing skills
Responsibilities
- Grow customer acquisition at first-order breakeven for new hero product in international English-speaking markets
- Strategic Project Management: Research, analyze, prioritize, create a quarterly game plan, allocate resources, and operate with urgency
- Learning & Expanding Perspectives: Learn new insights, adapt working principles, and explore new tools
- Media Planning & Account Structure: Activate relevant media buying levers, improve account structure, ad test methodologies, ad scaling methodologies, and technical media buying features
- Marketing Leverage: Set up workflows, explore new tools, focus on bottlenecks, avoid being pigeonholed in ads or media buying
- Team Management: Train media buyers, coach team members, collaborate effectively with relevant team members
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Apply data analytical thinking skills, utilize data and analytics tools, make data-driven iterations
Benefits
- Full-time position with a remote work arrangement
- Work Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm SGT (GMT+8), coordinate with the team for at least 3 overlap hours a day in the SGT timezone
