Summary

Join Parsley Health, a leading digital health company, as a Senior Member Marketing Manager and lead the member journey from onboarding to referrals. You will own organic, lifecycle-driven channels, including email, SMS, social media, and loyalty programs. Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to ensure a seamless member experience. Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve member retention, reactivation, and satisfaction. Create compelling member-facing assets and manage member communications. Champion the member's voice in all messaging.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or member engagement roles
  • Fluent in Iterable (or similar lifecycle platforms)
  • Strong analytical chops–track metrics, spot drop-offs, and experiment to improve
  • Creative thinker who can write compelling member copy and social posts and lead others to do the same
  • Experience running social or ambassador programs with real engagement results
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and support teams
  • Excited by the idea of improving retention, reducing churn, and driving referrals
  • Deeply passionate about root-cause healthcare and empowering people to stay well
  • Familiarity using a MacBook, Google suite, Slack and Zoom

Responsibilities

  • Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, CRM, and push
  • Own all creative and execution of onboarding, engagement, and winback flows
  • Manage social media strategy and content across platforms
  • Lead creative team to develop high-performing, member-facing assets
  • Lead ambassador, referral, and loyalty programs
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor member retention, engagement, & NPS
  • Partner closely with Product and Sales/MX to improve the member experience
  • Write and manage member newsletters, announcements, and promotions
  • Champion the voice of the member in all messaging touchpoints
