Senior Network Strategy & Ops Manager

Summary

Join Salsify's Network team and contribute to the growth of the world's most trusted product data network. You will launch strategic programs to expand the network into new markets and enhance operational excellence. This role requires quantifying, defining, and planning go-to-market initiatives using data-driven insights. You will collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic and operational initiatives, communicating effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and thrives in ambiguous environments. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product, technology, banking, analytics, or related experience
• You are a problem solver and are willing to do dive into the details to get things done
• You can translate data, ideas, systems, and cross-functional and external input into an operational strategy
• You have proven analytical skills and a track record of making data-driven decisions
• Excel or Google Sheets skills are a must
• You are comfortable in a highly-visible role and are an exceptional cross-functional collaborator with strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• You have strong organizational skills and/or project management experience (ability to manage multiple projects at the same time)
• You have demonstrated a track record of looking for ways to drive operational efficiency and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Quantify, define, and plan critical go-to-market strategic initiatives, by leveraging in-depth market analysis and data-driven insights
• Deliver and execute strategic or operational initiatives, by working collaboratively cross-functionally within and outside the Network team and effectively communicating across stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Retail and/or SaaS
• Competence in SQL and/or scripting
• Agile methodology understanding, Sprint planning, Jira experience
• Experience working in a global environment and across different cultures
