Summary

Join Blink Health, a rapidly growing healthcare technology company, as a Senior Online Marketing Manager in New York, NY. You will develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to improve patient outcomes and drive business objectives. This role requires expertise in CRM campaigns across multiple channels, customer segmentation, marketing analytics (SQL, Tableau), and online marketing tools (Braze, Google AdWords). You will also be responsible for marketing attribution, A/B testing, and creating marketing materials. Telecommuting is permitted. The position offers a competitive salary of $160,000 - $160,000 per year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in online marketing or a related occupation
  • Five years of experience in online marketing, with a focus on lifecycle marketing and customer segmentation
  • Three years of experience with marketing analytics tools including expertise in SQL and Tableau
  • Three years of experience with online marketing tools and platforms including Braze and Google Ad words
  • Three years of experience in the development of ad copy, HTML, graphics, and Rich Media
  • Three years of experience executing CRM campaigns across multiple channels including email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Authority to work permanently in the U.S

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive online marketing strategy that supports better patient outcomes while driving business objectives
  • Execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, thus improving patient acquisition and adherence
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation and targeting strategies that optimize campaign performance
  • Monitor, and precisely measure campaign performance, providing data on campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, patient LTV, and ROI
  • Own and evolve Blink’s marketing attribution strategy and systems, ensuring every channel is appropriately valued
  • Measure and understand the incrementality of Blink’s online marketing efforts through rigorous A/B and multivariate testing, leveraging SQL, Tableau, and other data tools
  • Write and assist in the development of ad copy, HTML, graphics, and Rich Media in line with Blink Health brand guidelines
  • Maintain high-level working knowledge of the company best practices used in driving online marketing in healthcare, and stay up-to-date on emerging trends
