Summary

Join Rula as a Sr. Operations Insights Manager and contribute to the expansion of new mental healthcare verticals. You will be responsible for creating data assets to drive operational processes, analyzing data to identify problems, and reporting on vertical performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders. Requirements

  • 5+ years of analytics experience in area of operations and/or growth
  • Proficiency with Python and SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (ex. Looker, Hex, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience delivering assets that are embedded into operational processes and workflows (ex. scripts)
  • Demonstrated ability in partnering with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders to distill complex insights into structured and simplistic solutions

Responsibilities

  • Deliver data assets that enable/drive operational processes
  • Conduct analysis to diagnose core problems
  • Deliver reporting that helps synthesize performance of the verticals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
  • Prior experience in healthcare industry
  • Expertise being embedded in departmental functions (as opposed to working on centralized analytical teams)
