Summary

Requirements

  • 6+ years of direct response paid advertising experience
  • Hands-on expertise with ad platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) for launching and optimizing campaigns
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to a growing team
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA not required) including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, and the ability to manipulate raw data for insights

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and report on all self-serve digital ad campaigns (e.g., paid social, paid search, influencer campaigns, etc.)
  • Brainstorm and implement innovative experiments for ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, devices, new channels, and more
  • Collaborate with account teams at platforms like Facebook and Google to stay updated on best practices and implement experiments
  • Track and optimize campaign impact, profitability, and ROI across multiple regions
  • Manage budgets and pacing to meet spending targets
  • Assist in building new reports and dashboards
  • Strategize and collaborate with design, copy, and video teams to develop campaign assets such as ads, landing pages, and promotional videos
  • Stay current on advertising technology and experiment with new marketing channels like podcasts, review sites, and newsletters

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in paid advertising for media networks or publishers (even within non-media companies like HubSpot)
  • Experience with subscription products, particularly SaaS

  • Cash compensation range: 88000-132000 USD Annually
  • In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
