Summary
Join Product School as a Senior Paid Media Manager and play a key role in accelerating our growth. You will own the end-to-end campaign management process for our Consumer business, optimizing for high return on ad spend. This role requires 4+ years of experience in paid media, proficiency in various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and strong analytical skills. Requirements
- Have 4+ years experience as a Paid Media Specialist or similar role
- Have experience with various paid media platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Ad Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, etc
- Have experience with Google Analytics, Looker, Salesforce
- Have experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets in excess of $1 million
- Have a solid understanding of AI technologies and their applications in digital marketing such as ChatGPT
- Be proficient in utilizing AI tools and platforms for campaign optimization
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Have a firm grasp on what measures matter to maximize outcomes, and have the ability to gather corresponding data and generate related reporting
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable to changing landscapes
- Be authorized to work in the listed country of hire without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Own the campaign management process end to end for our Consumer business, optimizing for high return on ad spend
- Develop campaigns specific to our market that are on-brand, relevant, and reach our target customers across segments
- Implement and continually optimize strategies campaigns to maximize spend against budget
- Execute and track A/B tests; communicate performance, hypotheses, and next steps
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns and strategies
- Track and manage paid marketing budgets using standardized dashboards
- Leverage emerging, high quality technologies to rapidly deliver high performing campaigns
- Deliver ongoing paid media thought leadership and education to marketing partners, from both campaign learnings and market trends
