Join Bloomreach as a Senior Paid Media Specialist – EMEA and play a critical role in driving digital demand through various paid channels. You will plan, manage, and execute EMEA Paid Media campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. This role requires expertise in digital execution, performance optimization, budget management, audience targeting, and reporting. Requirements

  • Design and implement data-driven paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads and other relevant channels
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights, making necessary adjustments to improve ROI and achieve business goals
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including landing page creation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), keyword research, ad copy, and audience adjustments
  • Oversee the EMEA paid media budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize impact while minimizing costs
  • Conduct thorough market research to define target audiences and tailor campaigns accordingly for maximum engagement
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness of paid media efforts
  • Work closely with the marketing team (field, global campaigns, brand activation, inbound) and other departments to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with SDR teams to understand how to improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel
  • Support the rest of the Performance Marketing team in setting up demand generation and brand awareness campaigns across multiple paid channels
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media strategies to ensure the company remains competitive
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A deep passion for Paid Media, and a commitment to shaping the future of Digital Marketing in the era of Automation & AI
  • A motivated “can-do” individual, fluent in English and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A mindset for growth & testing - always on the lookout for new ways to improve performance
  • Strong analytical skills - you’ll know your way around numbers and be able to make assessments of performance and subsequent recommendations
  • Independence and self-organization to navigate you through ambiguous situations

Responsibilities

  • Own Paid Media Strategy & execution in EMEA
  • Develop new Campaigns, Strategies and Channels to drive maximum impact and cost-efficient demand via Paid Media
  • Collaborate closely with Global Demand Gen, Brand & Campaigns, Growth and Business Development teams to ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration
