Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management or business development β€” ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to build and scale partner relationships that drive measurable business results
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align partner objectives with company goals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives
  • Highly organized with a bias for action and a knack for problem-solving
  • Passion for partnerships and a collaborative, team-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact partners, developing joint strategies to drive revenue and market expansion
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders at all levels
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with partners to define objectives, KPIs, and co-marketing/co-selling initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market activities, enablement efforts, and product integrations
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance to ensure mutual success and continuous optimization
  • Act as an internal advocate for partners, ensuring their needs are represented across the organization
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews in collaboration with the senior leadership team
