As a key member of our Employee Lifecycle, you'll be responsible for administrative tasks, reporting, and monitoring. If you have experience in HR operations, payroll, and people management, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

  • You have completed a degree or comparable education in the field of personnel management and at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of labor and social security law, experience with payroll processes, and handling people operations projects
  • You find yourself quickly at home in an international working environment and have already worked in a similar or identical context
  • You love reporting, ad-hoc evaluations, and HR controlling
  • You have already worked with Workday or were ideally involved in an implementation
  • You appreciate sensible structures, good organization, and precise and reliable working methods – even at high work tempo
  • You are accustomed to quickly adapting to new situations and always thinking in solutions
  • You are highly communicative – either in German or English

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all tasks in the area of People Operations within the Employee Lifecycle
  • You are responsible for administrative tasks out of the fields On- and Offboarding, Contract Management, Personnel Data Management, Reporting & Monitoring, Documentation, as well as pre-calculating salaries
  • You are a service-oriented contact person for our employees and leads
  • You drive strategic and operational topics in the area of People Operations, internally and with regard to Infosys
  • You make a significant contribution to our Employee Experience and participate in project groups to continuously optimize our oddity company culture
