Requirements

  • Proven background in human resources, particularly in remote tech environments
  • Strong understanding of both the strategic (Business Partnering, Talent Development) and operational (Performance & Engagement Cycles) aspects of HR
  • Exceptional communication, EQ, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create and refine people processes
  • Ability to implement talent strategies that align with M-KOPA's goals and values
  • Ability to leverage data and insights
  • Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and learning
