Requirements
- Proven background in human resources, particularly in remote tech environments
- Strong understanding of both the strategic (Business Partnering, Talent Development) and operational (Performance & Engagement Cycles) aspects of HR
- Exceptional communication, EQ, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to create and refine people processes
- Ability to implement talent strategies that align with M-KOPA's goals and values
- Ability to leverage data and insights
