Summary

You will leverage internal centers of excellence and support global engagement survey programs. Requirements
- Experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, supporting senior sales leaders within high-growth organizations
- Exposure to all functional areas of HR, with a passion for driving employee engagement and fostering development
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Collaborative and inclusive mindset, operating effectively within matrixed environments
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to take initiative and own outcomes
- Service-minded with high integrity and a solution-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Act as the Senior People Partner to our North American Sales team, consulting with senior sales leaders and management to provide guidance across all People functional areas
- Partner with leaders to advise on talent strategies that scale and develop our team, including organizational design, engagement and retention, succession planning, and employee development
- Coach management and advocate for employees throughout the employee lifecycle
- Drive adoption of talent programs, ensuring alignment with Recorded Futureβs high-performance, people-first culture
- Leverage internal centers of excellence in recruiting, operations, compensation, and benefits
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience
- Manage employee relations
- Support our global engagement survey program with potential to take ownership of this program and additional Talent Management initiatives
