Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies for new products or major product features
- Strong expertise in market segmentation and the ability to tailor messaging to different customer segments
- Exceptional content creation skills, with experience writing and designing compelling marketing materials that drive engagement
- Experience collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize results
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and updates, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing market impact
- Identify and define target customer segments, tailoring messaging and campaigns to address specific needs and pain points within each segment
- Craft high-quality marketing content, including one-pagers, case studies, white papers, product brochures, sales decks, and blog posts, that effectively communicates product value and differentiates Bankjoyβs offerings
- Create clear, concise, and differentiated product messaging that aligns with the companyβs vision and resonates with target customers
- Equip the sales team with the tools and content needed to engage prospects and close deals, including sales presentations, objection handling guides, and product training materials
- Work closely with product management, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between product development, marketing initiatives, and client feedback
- Conduct research on customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform and refine marketing strategies
- Manage product marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, paid, events) and ensure campaigns are optimized for lead generation and conversion
- Track and analyze the performance of go-to-market strategies and content initiatives, continuously optimizing to improve key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of fintech, banking, or financial services is highly preferred
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
