Requirements

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Solid market research and interviewing skills
  • Feel at home in a technical environment
  • Ability to project manage various initiatives simultaneously
  • Preference for a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable recording on-demand and live webinars/video content
  • Ability to translate technical details for a relatively non-technical audience
  • Must be a team player who works well with executives and peers
  • Experience working with Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Pendo, or similar software
  • Experience working with in-app notification tools like Pendo, Appcues, Beamer, or similar

Responsibilities

  • Define go-to-market strategies and product communication plans
  • Develop marketing materials
  • Lead high-impact feature releases that drive adoption and revenue
  • Be the product champion within the marketing team: stay up-to-date with the roadmap, updates, and timelines
  • Work closely with Product Managers on targeted research, and user testing as part of roadmap development and execution
  • Coordinate initiatives across a cross-functional team including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Experience departments
  • Become an expert in the needs and aspirations of our business users and target personas: marketers and designers
  • Turn customer insights into strategic content to help our GTM teams perform better
  • Help craft the value proposition for new features and products
  • Build, monitor, and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Research market trends and conduct user interviews to understand key customer segments β€” to inform what we build, and how we position and sell it
  • Convey product knowledge back to the marketing team sharing actionable insights to inform lead generation and adoption campaigns
  • Ensure the rest of the marketing team has a clear understanding of new and existing features, and that the internal documentation is up-to-date

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRMs
  • Experience working with Ceros Studio and/or MarkUp
