Join Ceros as a Senior Product Marketer and play a key role in developing and launching go-to-market strategies for new features. You will build and optimize marketing campaigns, collaborate with sales and other teams, and become an expert on customer needs. This remote, full-time position requires 5-7 years of SaaS product marketing experience and strong communication skills. Requirements
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Ability to project manage various initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate technical details for a relatively non-technical audience
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Kick-off and manage go-to-market strategies for new features across our product portfolio
- Build, monitor, and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns that boost product activation and adoption. (email, in-app, and customer collateral)
- Work closely with our demand generation and content teams to drive the messaging and positioning for product and feature launch campaigns
- Collaborate effectively with sales to develop new sales narratives, product demos, pitch decks and other collateral to improve win rates
- And customer success teams by creating and optimizing sales enablement materials
- Ensure the rest of the marketing team has a clear understanding of new and existing features, and that the internal documentation is up-to-date
- Maintain solid relationships with key cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Experience departments
- Become an expert in the needs and aspirations of our business users and target personas: marketers and designers
- Work with our Enablement team to facilitate workshops that help our GTM teams perform better
- Support the Director of Product Marketing in crafting the value proposition for new features and products
Preferred Qualifications
- You have a strong understanding and POV of how content helps businesses grow, especially in the B2B sector
- You have a knack for building strong partnerships with sales and other GTM teams, and can influence decisions throughout the sales funnel
- You have the confidence and technical skills to work effectively with product teams and help inform roadmap decisions by bringing feedback from GTM teams and customer research
- You are solution-oriented and get energized by tackling hard-to-solve problems
- You are constantly thinking up new and inventive ways to reach buyers, drive growth, and help sellers sell better
- Experience working with Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Pendo, or similar software
- Experience working with in-app notification tools like Pendo, Appcues, Beamer, or similar would be useful!
- Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRMs is a plus
- Experience working with Ceros Studio and/or MarkUp is a big plus!
