Summary

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive product marketing efforts for platform solutions, collaborating with various teams to create marketing plans, develop positioning and messaging, and produce content. They will also conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing and/or relevant marketing experience
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, with experience in B2B marketing and enterprise software solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making, able to leverage market insights to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, and can work effectively independently, and collaboratively, as part of a marketing function

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product marketing efforts for products within our platform solution
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales enablement, marketing programs, and demand generation to create critical marketing plans and programs
  • Develop persona-based positioning and messaging
  • Establish thought leadership in target markets
  • Produce content to support both buyer and seller lifecycles
  • Perform and deliver on various marketing requirements including industry and customer research, messaging and positioning, sales enablement, education, thought leadership, and marketing program strategy
  • Energize and enable both cross-functional partners to deliver Go-To-Market execution
  • Analyze ongoing market intelligence across macro industry trends, shifts in technology and competitive alternatives and lead analysis
  • Orchestrate GTM plans and ensure strong alignment and collaboration across industry partners, internal business units, product management, sales enablement, and marketing programs to ensure execution of solution go-to-market (GTM) plans
  • Develop total addressable market and persona segmentation strategies through quantitative and qualitative research for your solution
  • Help to quantify business opportunities for new solution innovation business plans
  • Partner with sales enablement to define the optimal marketing content strategy in support of the FloQast sales process and go-to-market efforts
  • Develop differentiated solutions and persona-specific value propositions that convey value outcomes delivered, not just technical features and broad benefits
  • Work with product management teams to understand specific product features/benefits being developed & lead/manage the successful launches of new products and feature releases
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product roadmap decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation and solution innovation
  • Produce and deliver key marketing content including brochures, digital marketing assets, case studies, presentations, whitepapers, sales tools, sales training, key messaging documents, collateral, and sales presentations and external events and webinars
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact
