Summary

Join Jobber's Marketing team as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for a 15-month contract covering parental leave. You will be the primary marketing partner for the Marketing Suite, a fast-growing platform feature. Drive go-to-market strategy, influence product adoption, and support expansion and monetization. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Lifecycle Strategy teams. Lead customer and market research to inform positioning and product development. Shape a compelling product narrative and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Define success metrics and track campaign performance. This high-impact role offers cross-functional visibility and significant influence.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in B2B SaaS Marketing, including years in Product Marketing with a focus on driving product adoption and revenue
  • Demonstrated success leading go-to-market planning, launches, and integrated marketing programs across cross-functional teams
  • Strategic mindset with the analytical skills to turn data into insights, and insights into action
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills—you build trusted relationships with Product, Sales, and Marketing peers
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and facilitating alignment on high-stakes initiatives
  • Bias for action and a relentless focus on customer impact

Responsibilities

  • Drive Go-to-Market Success Own GTM strategy and execution for the Marketing Suite, including launches, campaigns, and pricing & packaging recommendations
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Lifecycle Strategy teams to align plans and deliver integrated campaigns
  • Design and run marketing programs that drive adoption, usage, and expansion across customer segments
  • Market and Customer Research Lead customer and market research to uncover insights that inform positioning, product development, and differentiation
  • Champion the voice of the customer across the organization—turning insights into compelling, actionable narratives
  • Shape A Compelling Product Narrative Evolve and scale a clear, compelling value proposition and messaging framework for the product
  • Ensure consistent narrative execution across channels—web, in-app, email, and customer-facing content
  • Measure and Optimize Define success metrics and track campaign and product performance through dashboards, insights, and experimentation
  • Share learnings cross-functionally and iterate based on results
