Your goal: Customers (and the media) are excited about what’s new and what’s coming next from onX
- Lead impactful go-to-market launches for onX platform features, serving as a strategic partner to the Product team with a focus on driving customer engagement. Define marketing needs and coordinate execution across the marketing organization. Partner with vertical teams to support launches that are vertical-specific. Support ad hoc needs such as in-product copy or feature naming. Your goal: Feature launches consistently drive customer engagement and deliver measurable results

Apply a test-and-learn mindset to refine strategies, improve product engagement, and ultimately boost retention. Your goal: Develop initiatives that deepen customer engagement and inspire ongoing loyalty
- Support efforts to better understand existing and target customers, sharing insights across the organization. Influence cross-functional teams (Product, Eng, Design) to adopt a customer-centric approach, by providing data-driven insights and input on product enhancements. Monitor the outdoor tech and mapping ecosystem to identify go-to-market opportunities, emerging use cases, and areas for growth.
