Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fleet technology, or AI safety device solutions
• Demonstrated ability to quickly master complex technical products and maintain deep product knowledge
• Proven track record of creating high-impact enablement programs and content
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex products and translate features into benefits
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working directly with sales and customer-facing teams
• Startup experience, ideally earlier stage companies
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of enablement programs for sales, sales engineering, customer success, and support teams
• Create comprehensive enablement content including product guides, training materials, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts
• Design and implement scalable processes for continuous training and knowledge sharing across field teams
• Lead internal product launches ensuring field readiness through documentation, training sessions, and knowledge-base management
• Develop compelling messaging and positioning frameworks that resonate with fleet safety, operations, and executive personas
• Create product marketing collateral including customer-facing presentations, case studies, battle cards, and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with product management to define go-to-market strategies for new features and capabilities
• Gather and synthesize market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform product strategy
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Nauto's complete product portfolio, including technical capabilities, use cases, and roadmap
• Support product management initiatives including feature prioritization, requirements gathering, and customer feedback synthesis
• Partner with product teams to influence roadmap decisions based on market intelligence and competitive analysis
• Act as a product expert and thought leader within the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, IoT, or fleet management technology
• Experience supporting product management functions including requirements gathering and feature prioritization
• Experience in fleet management, safety technology, or AI/ML solutions
• Background in product management or product ownership
• Experience in sales enablement or sales engineering
• Experience with learning management systems and enablement tools
• Track record of measuring and improving enablement effectiveness
• Ability to speak confidently about technical capabilities while articulating business value
• Comfortable crafting high-level messaging and diving into technical details
• Thrives in ambiguity and can create a structure where needed
• A bias for action and can balance speed with quality
• A passion for safety technology and its impact on businesses and communities
