Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing with 2+ years in B2B SaaS
  • An ownership mindset and high agency to take a proactive role in shaping product strategy and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation, while maintaining consistent brand voice across a variety of channels
  • Motivation to work collaboratively, drive to create and improve processes, and willingness to support team members on their projects as needed
  • A passion for startup culture and rapid change

Responsibilities

  • Architect GTM success. Define GTM strategies with clear and measurable goals, work with Product to design and execute our beta programs, partner with our Revenue and Corporate marketing teams to drive awareness and adoption, and enable our Sales teams for commercial success
  • Be a storyteller. Develop empathy for users and adapt communication to engage your audience with positioning and narratives that differentiate PandaDoc. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Lead with data. Develop insights and pair them with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market
  • Create standout assets. Produce product-focused content like blog posts, sales collateral, and landing pages that lead target audiences to understand and adopt our solutions
  • Organize teams for cross-functional impact. Manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various workstreams across a range of disciplines on track
