Join our Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as a Senior Product Marketing Manager to significantly impact our Mariana Tek platform's connection with fitness brands and their clients. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will shape our platform's messaging and go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities include owning product launches, developing messaging, conducting market research, enabling sales, advocating for customers, creating content, collaborating cross-functionally, and measuring key metrics. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary and potential bonus. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing in B2B SaaS
- A true collaborator: you love bringing teams together around a common goal. You have experience working with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on goals and deliver results
- A great storyteller: You can simplify complex topics into clear, compelling, and impactful narratives
- An analytical mindset: Proven success in driving go-to-market strategies and product launches with measurable outcomes. Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content
- A bias toward action and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Snowflake, and quick adoption of other b2b tools and tech
Responsibilities
- Own product launch strategy and execution, ensuring the successful rollout of new features. Lead a cross functional team that includes Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build launch plans, drive adoption, and measure success
- Contribute to regular go-to-market planning with the sales and marketing team. Ensure all product launches and messaging updates are well-understood by all stakeholders, reflected in the marketing plan, and align with overall marketing strategy
- Develop and refine messaging frameworks that convey the value of Mariana Tek to boutique fitness studios. Youβll translate technical capabilities into benefits that resonate with studio operators and their clients, focusing on how all features work together to deliver impactful results
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape, trends in boutique fitness, and customer needs. Use insights to position Mariana Tek as the most trusted partner for premium fitness brands in the market
- Equip the Sales team with content and tools like pitch decks, battle cards, and other materials that clearly communicate value, address objections, and help close deals
- Partner with clients and our Community Team to build success stories that showcase Mariana Tekβs impact on their businesses and communities
- Work with the content and creative team to create engaging product-related content (blogs, case studies, one-pagers, videos, webinars, etc.) so that every product launch stands out
- Work closely with Product Managers to bring the voice of the customer into product development and influence the roadmap
- Define and measure key metrics, including adoption, engagement, and revenue impact of your initiatives. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes

Benefits
- The average base salary pay range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000
