Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a product ops role within SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, engineering teams, and key partners from different departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Assist in the product development lifecycle
• Own and facilitate Uberall’s Product Feedback Loops
• Collaborate with customer & sales teams to bring data and feedback to the Product
• Oversee Uberall’s Product & Design tech stack, including integration platforms such as Workato
• Help govern and operate Pendo Guides and Beamer as our digital adoption platform
• Support product roadmap execution
• Aid in feature prioritization and backlog management
• Assist in product documentation and communication
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback
• Contribute to product strategy and vision
• Operate with an owner mindset
• Be customer-obsessed
