Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a product ops role within SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, engineering teams, and key partners from different departments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Assist in the product development lifecycle
- Own and facilitate Uberallโs Product Feedback Loops
- Collaborate with customer & sales teams to bring data and feedback to the Product
- Oversee Uberallโs Product & Design tech stack, including integration platforms such as Workato
- Help govern and operate Pendo Guides and Beamer as our digital adoption platform
- Support product roadmap execution
- Aid in feature prioritization and backlog management
- Assist in product documentation and communication
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback
- Contribute to product strategy and vision
- Operate with an owner mindset
- Be customer-obsessed
