Senior Product Owner

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the gambling or iGaming sector, to manage the entire product lifecycle for an important client in the iGaming market. The role requires fluency in English and Portuguese, strong knowledge of the gambling market, leadership skills, analytical abilities, and experience with agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with at least a year focusing on the gambling or igaming sector
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Strong knowledge of the gambling market, including trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and work with globally distributed teams
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and continuous optimization
• Develop product strategies aligned with the company’s business goals, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets user needs and market requirements
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
• Define KPIs and success metrics, monitor product performance, and adjust strategies as needed
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on igaming market demands and user feedback
• Ensure compliance with gambling industry regulations, staying updated with best practices and legislative changes
• Act as a bridge between the Brazilian market needs and international demands, adapting the product as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with sports betting products, online casinos, or social games
• Familiarity with data analysis and product optimization tools
• Experience in international markets outside of Brazil
